With a career spanning over two decades, Constantine has made significant strides as a former Prison Health Services Administrator and a Senior Manager at Pratt & Whitney, where she expertly manages a $350M budget and implemented transformative reforms. As the visionary Founder of the Civilian Corrections Academy and the Kendall Wyche Foundation: Rising Above Diabetes, Constantine continues to break new ground, championing education, safety, and wellness in both the corrections system and broader community. Her dynamic presence as a speaker, author, and educator resonates powerfully, inspiring others to transcend limitations and embrace change.

Constantine’s literary contributions, including the transformative “The Cage Was Her Cocoon” and the poignant “Mommy Please Don’t Let Me Die Here,” reveal her personal and professional journey with heartfelt candor and profound insight.
